Please refer to the item you order for the normal order processing time. This will say "usually ships within 2-3 business days," "usually ships within 2 weeks," etc. This is the normal time it takes to process your order before it leaves the warehouse. Standard ground shipping takes anywhere from 1-5 business days to reach the destination.If a popular item has sold out before we could post this on the website, we will notify you as soon as possible and you will be give the option to wait for the next shipment or cancel your order.

We only offer standard ground shipping. Most of the items ship Oversize 2 as it is. To ship these rockers or ride ons even 2nd Day, the cost can be well over $100. To overnight a rocker, charges can be over $200. We no longer obtain express shipping quotes because 99% of the time, customers still choose to go with the standard shipping.
When a popular item sells out or a new item is arriving for the first time, we will sometimes allow customers to backorder this item. This reserves the item for you. When the item arrives, orders ship first come, first serve. We provide an expected date of arrival. Please note that this date is an estimate and may change. We urge you to check back often, as we will change the date accordingly. You may cancel your backorder at anytime before it ships.
We recently stopped displaying our phone number on the website for a few reasons. First, 95% of all orders are placed online, 3% via mail, and only 2% via phone. We decided to stop staffing the phone lines and instead omit any handling charges that we used to apply to orders. This saves you money. Second, ordering online is actually safer than ordering over the phone! Your information is encrypted when it is processed online, but not when you order over the phone. Finally, ordering online and asking your questions via email reduces human error. When questions are answered via email, you will have that information in writing to refer back to.
Can I come to your warehouse to see or pick up an item? We are an internet-only store and our facilities do not allow for customer pick ups. Additionally, we ship from various warehouses across the country and do not stock all of our products at the Tampa location.
The sound on my rocking horse or animal isn't working. What do I do? First, locate the battery pack. This is usually velcroed into a pouch on the animal's belly area. Some battery packs have a small, plastic tab that will need to be pulled out of a slot on the battery pack to enable the batteries to work. If this does not solve the problem, please insert new batteries. Some animals come with batteries for demonstration purposes, but they do not have a long shelf life.
