Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the date you received the order, unused, unassembled and in original condition and packaging, for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If purchase was made during a free shipping promotion, actual shipping charges that we incurred will be deducted from your refund. If you would like an estimate of what the actual shipping charges are, please ask us. If you need to return an item, please email us to obtain a return authorization number. Returns cannot be accepted without this number.EXCEPTIONS:
**Custom orders that are made upon order and shipped directly from the artisan are non-refundable, unless defective.
**Personalized items are not returnable.
Damage During Shipping Damage should be noted with the freight carrier if possible. Please do not use item and keep it with all packaging materials and box for inspection. Notify us the same day if possible. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to replace damaged pieces or parts only. If you do not want the damaged parts to be replaced, then your return will be handled as a "buyer's remorse" return. GIFTS
Gifts may be returned for store credit or credited back to purchaser's credit card within 30 days of the date you received the order. If you would like a store credit please include your email address with the return as this is where your store credit information will be sent. We cannot send store credit information through the postal service. We cannot issue a refund to the gift recipient. Please include a copy of the original packing slip with your return -- without that information we cannot process your store credit.
